We pride ourselves on the provision of good quality horse haylage, made by our family run company from short term rye grass leys and Timothy grass.

First Quality Ryegrass Mix (Racehorse)

Grown by us especially for horses Usually first cut, short term special ryegrass mixtures, high in feed value, ideal for hard working horses.

Approx weight 300kg. Every bale guaranteed.

Second Quality Haylage (Pony)

Made from mainly ryegrass short-term leys, possibly second and third cuts, occasionally good quality meadow or mature grass that is not as high in feed value as first quality or as expensive.

Suitable for resting or veteran horses. Approx bale weight 300kg

Timothy Haylage

Timothy Grass First grown by us in 2000, a coarse old fashioned grass, now popular with racing yards due to it high fibre, low feed value ratio.

Usually from this variety of grass we can only achieve one good cut per season, and due to its characteristics need extra layers of wrap.

Every bale guaranteed. Approx weight 250kg.

Small bales of haylage

this is not always our own haylage, but packed, and sold to us to accommodate customers requiring small packs, e.g. for events, travelling, livery yards, schools. Approx weight 20kg.
